Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.
- Please double-check your contact and shipping details before submitting your order. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect customer information.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer Standard and Express Shipping options within Australia.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 3–7 business days

- Tracking information is provided with every shipment.
- Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by the shipping carrier.
Tip: If your tracking status says “delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please contact the delivery provider directly to investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We only replace or refund products if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You receive the wrong product
To request a resolution, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your full name & order number
- Clear photo(s) of the issue
- Description of the problem
Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

- All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.

Product Availability
- All items are subject to availability.
- In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer a substitute.
